We usually go for lunch and love the chicken cuban (mojo dipping sauce is phenomenal), royal rooster, strawberry salad and literally everything in the menu. We had dinner Friday and it was outstanding. The filet medallions and beef Wellington were fabulous. Rico's never disappoints.

The strawberry,feta, green salad with your choice of protein is delicious! The service is prompt and location has abundant parking nearby.

Delicious. Had the orange roughy special. Service was excellent. Fun place but I forgot how noisy this place is! It's fine for lunch but come dinner time I like a quieter experience.

Went on a rainy Tuesday and the place was still packed. The wait wasn't too long, though. The food was very, very good and the prices were unbelievable. I highly recommend you give Rico's World Kitchen a try.

Fun atmosphere and food was great. I really enjoyed seeing the house packed with locals supporting the place and for good reason this place is a gem. Great service.

Another delightful visit. Friday night at 6:00 PM. The place was packed when we arrived but again seated in under 10 minutes as they do not take reservations. It was the first time we got to park in the very small parking lot, what a treat. Our waitress Olivia was there quickly for our drink order, and we also ordered the fried shrimp appetizer. Nest, we ordered our entree. She had the pasta and zucchini with tuna tartar with some aioli and a Sriracha sauce. She said this dish was awesome, the heat, and all was a very delicious treat. I had the mojo pork sandwich with guava bq sauce and a side (4) of fried green tomoatoes. I could not finish my entree but it was tasty and hot. We decided to get a slice of cake, the avacado cream key lime cake. We ate it later, and it was moist and full of flavor. It was not over the top sweet. This place is on a roll with us, and we will be back. Despite seeing different faces serving us the last few times, the service has not missed a beat. Kudos to the person training and hiring the new staff. Olivia did a great job! We will of course return.

I don't know why I waited so long to try this restaurant but I am going to be a regular from now on. We went on a Saturday night and the dining room was full. There are a few tables outside on the enclosed patio and we were seated there. All the food and all the drinks on the menu were very reasonably priced. I had a PBR For only $3 !! We shared an appetizer of fried green tomatoes that was lightly floured and tangy. The dinner salads were large enough for a meal, and only $5 !! Last week I had a $14 salad in Gainesville that was half the size. And try the peach and black sesame dressing. Yummy. We shared an oyster po boy and a shrimp po boy and they were both on point. I also enjoyed the blue cheese coleslaw which I had never heard of before but I was cheesy and sweet at the same time. Good service, great food, excellent price. What more can you ask for?

Love this place! Always great service and food! Daily specials are a must! Always check out the desert case too before you go!! Special place for me and my mom to go eat and we go all out! The mussels and fried green tomato's their Portobello mushrooms sandwich! My favorite things to get!! Everything is made fresh!

Came here on a weekday with my sister and had a great time. I ordered one of the daily specials which was Fried Chicken over Mac & Cheese and green beans. It was delicious and quite a large portion. In addition, I got a sangria. My sister ordered the burger, which she also enjoyed. Our server was nice and attentive and the atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed, in a good way after a long day of work! This is a great find in the Buford area!
